Spectator Mode
Spectator mode is how you watch a round after you've been eliminated, or after joining a game that's already in progress. It works the same way across almost every minigame on Dyhntastic.net.
How you become a spectator
- You're eliminated during an active round.
- You join a game that has already started.
What spectators can do
- Fly freely around the arena.
- Watch the ongoing round.
- Teleport to active players.
- Switch to another available round of the same game.
Spectators are invulnerable, can't deal damage, and are usually hidden from active players so they don't interfere with the game.
Spectator items
As a spectator you get a small set of items in your hotbar — typically:

| Compass "Players" | Opens a menu listing active players. Click one to teleport to them. |
| Head "Next Round" | Moves you to another available round of the same minigame. |
If the player you select has since been eliminated, you'll get a message that they're no longer active.
Ending observation
If you're following a specific player and want to fly freely again, crouch/sneak to stop following them.
