Ranks

Dyhntastic.net has a tiered rank system covering both player ranks (earned through purchases, content creation, or long-term community ties) and team ranks (held by staff members in active roles). Higher ranks generally include the permissions of all lower ranks below them.

Player ranks

Player ranks are the ranks available to the broader player base.

Gamer	Default	The starting rank for every player. No additional permissions beyond base access.
Cowboy	Purchasable	Includes Gamer permissions. Available temporarily via the Rank Shop in the lobby.
Trident	Purchasable	Includes Gamer and Cowboy permissions. Available temporarily via the Rank Shop.
VIP	Purchasable	Includes all ranks up to Trident. Available temporarily via the Rank Shop.
VIP+	Creator rank	Includes all ranks up to VIP. Awarded to content creators meeting minimum thresholds. See BungeeSystem for requirements.
Promoter	Creator rank	Includes all ranks up to VIP+. Higher-tier creator rank with stricter reach requirements.
Partner	Special	Includes all ranks up to VIP+. Awarded to official network partners.
Friend	Special	Includes all ranks up to VIP+. Awarded to personal friends of the team.
Veteran	Special	Includes all ranks up to VIP+. Awarded to long-standing, trusted community members.

Team ranks

Team ranks are held by active staff members. Each department has a Jr → standard → Sr (or equivalent) progression. Team ranks carry all player rank permissions up to VIP+ as a baseline, plus additional permissions specific to each role and level.

Owner

The Owner sits outside the normal rank hierarchy and is not listed as part of the permission matrix — the Owner rank operates independently from the structured inheritance chain above.
