Supporter for our Minecraft Community

As a Supporter in the Support team, you are one of the first points of contact for players on our Minecraft network. You answer questions, help users with problems and provide support in-game and on TeamSpeak so that the community experience remains friendly, understandable and fair.

This role requires patience, clear communication and a reliable understanding of our rules, systems and team processes. We are looking for people who can stay objective in difficult situations, explain things calmly and forward issues properly when another team area needs to be involved.

Responsibilities

  • Answering player questions in-game, on TeamSpeak and through other community channels where needed
  • Helping players understand server rules, commands, systems, ranks, features and basic technical issues
  • Handling conversations in a friendly, neutral and solution-oriented way
  • De-escalating conflicts and forwarding rule violations or complex cases to the responsible team members
  • Documenting relevant incidents, feedback and recurring problems in a structured way
  • Coordinating with Moderation, Development, Content and Building when player feedback affects their areas

What you should bring

  • You are at least 15 years old
  • You are neutral, objective and able to remain calm in difficult conversations
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with users and team members
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • You are willing to invest time in the project regularly
  • You can follow internal processes and handle information responsibly

Helpful experience

  • Previous experience in Minecraft servers, communities, support or moderation
  • Confidence using TeamSpeak and Discord
  • Basic technical understanding of Minecraft, server systems and common player problems
  • Patience and a professional tone even when users are frustrated
