Contributing creative ideas for campaigns, events, announcements, layouts and visual concepts
What you should bring
You are at least 16 years old

You have good German skills and can communicate clearly within the team
You have an eye for aesthetics, colours, layout, proportions and readable design
You are creative, open to feedback and willing to think outside the box
You can work responsibly on design tasks and finish requested assets reliably
You are willing to regularly invest time into the project
Nice to have
Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Photopea, GIMP, Illustrator, Affinity, Canva, Figma, Blender or After Effects
Experience with Minecraft-related graphics, server banners, social media posts, thumbnails, icons, GIFs or animated assets
Understanding of branding, composition, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy
Experience working with feedback, design requests and multiple revision rounds
Own references such as designs, images, GIFs, galleries, videos or previous projects
What matters in your application
Your application should be written as a continuous text and contain at least 250 words. Please use a clear structure, good spelling and complete information. Your motivation, previous design experience, availability, strengths and weaknesses, preferred design areas and references are especially important.
Please include references that clearly show your own work. If a reference is from a team project, explain which parts were created by you.
