Unsolicited Application for the Dyhntastic Team

You want to contribute to Dyhntastic, but none of the currently listed roles fits your profile exactly? Then you can submit an unsolicited application and show us where your strengths, ideas and experience could help our Minecraft network.

This application type is intended for people who can clearly explain what they want to contribute and how they would support the project. We are open to different areas, but we still expect a structured, honest and complete application.

Possible areas

  • Development, plugin systems, backend tools or technical concepts
  • Content, game concepts, balancing, events or feature planning
  • Building, maps, lobbies, visual environments or Minecraft construction
  • Design, graphics, banners, social media visuals or branding assets
  • Support, moderation, community work, documentation or organization
  • Other areas that are useful for the network and can be clearly explained by you

What you should bring

  • You are at least 14 years old
  • You are neutral, reliable and willing to take responsibility
  • You can work independently and communicate clearly with the team
  • You speak German well enough to participate in team communication
  • You can realistically invest time into the project on a regular basis
  • You have a clear idea of what you want to contribute and where your strengths are
  • You are open to feedback and willing to adapt your ideas to the project

Helpful qualities

  • Experience with Minecraft servers, communities or team projects
  • Existing references, examples, concepts, builds, designs, code or other work samples
  • Good structure, reliability and a solution-oriented mindset
  • The ability to explain ideas clearly and think about long-term maintainability

Your application

Your application should be written as continuous text and should show us who you are, what you can do and why you want to join Dyhntastic. Please explain the area you are applying for, what experience you already have and what concrete value you could bring to the team.

  • Introduce yourself with your name, Minecraft name and relevant personal information
  • Describe the area or role you are interested in
  • Explain your previous experience, projects, references or examples
  • Describe your strengths, weaknesses and preferred way of working
  • Tell us how much time you can realistically contribute each week
  • Explain your expectations of the team and the project
  • List the languages you speak, especially German and English

An unsolicited application does not guarantee that a suitable position is currently available. If your profile fits the project, we will review where and how you could be involved.
