Content for our Minecraft Network
As a member of the Content team, you develop new ideas for Dyhntastic and turn them into clear, actionable concepts for our Minecraft network. You work closely with developers and builders to transform ideas for game modes, features, events and systems into structured requirements that can actually be implemented.
This role is not about writing random ideas. We are looking for people who think systematically, can translate creative concepts into structured documentation and take responsibility for the quality and completeness of their concepts.
Responsibilities
- Creating concepts for new game modes, server features, events, quests, economy systems, balancing, cosmetics and other gameplay content
- Documenting ideas in a structured way, including goals, player flow, rules, edge cases, rewards and balancing notes
- Working with Development and Building to refine and implement concepts
- Reviewing and improving existing features from a gameplay and player experience perspective
- Turning player feedback and observations into concrete suggestions
- Contributing to event planning and seasonal content
What you should bring
- You are at least 16 years old
- You work reliably, independently and in a structured way
- You have a good understanding of Minecraft as a game and of what makes features enjoyable for players
- You can write structured, complete and precise documentation
- You communicate clearly and accept feedback on your concepts constructively
- You are willing to invest time regularly
Nice to have
- Experience with game design, feature specifications or structured concepts
- Understanding of game balance, player motivation and long-term engagement
- Experience with Minecraft servers or community projects
